Prescription consultation
Prescription consultation is a simplified medical consultation dedicated to patients taking permanent medication. On the basis of medical documentation submitted for the consultation (e.g. a certificate from the treating doctor or a hospital discharge report), the doctor can issue or renew an e-prescription.

For video-chat or chat consultations, log into your Patient Account, select the appointment and click ‘Connect’. All connections are facilitated by our platform accessible via any web browser – you do not need to install any additional applications.
How does it work?
What does prescription consultation look like?
BEFORE CONSULTATION
Before each consultation, you can complete a questionnaire so that the doctor can get an overview of your health before the consultation. Remember to submit medical records confirming your permanent medication. If you do not have such documentation, book a teleconsultation.
DURING CONSULTATION
During the consultation, the doctor will verify the documentation you have submitted. If an e-prescription is issued, you will receive a code via text message that will allow you to fill the prescription at any pharmacy.
AFTER CONSULTATION
You will find the e-prescription issued by your doctor when you log into your Patient Account on www.global-teleclinic.com and your IKP (Internet Patient Account). Please note that in order to receive e-prescription codes by text message, you have to configure your IKP accordingly beforehand.
